How long does it take to receive my book?
Every book is printed to order, then shipped with tracking anywhere in the US. You'll see the delivery options and their prices before you check out.
What resolution should my photos be?
Photos straight from a modern phone or camera are perfect. The editor gently flags any image that may print soft at the size you've chosen.
Can I save my design and finish it later?
Yes. Your project is saved automatically as you work, so you can return whenever inspiration strikes.
What are the books like?
The Hardcover has your photograph wrapped around the boards and your destination printed down the spine. The Layflat Album opens completely flat, so a photograph can run across both pages. The Softcover is slim, flexible and easy to post.
What if something isn't right with my order?
If anything arrives less than perfect, let us know and we'll reprint it.
